Mts - unnecessary rental bill and delay in providing solution of complaint

I had purchased a mts data card on a postpaid connection,that time i was told that i could get it converted to prepaid whenever i wished,its been roughlytwo months ago that i called their customer care to change my connection type,they directly refused to provide any help,then i mailed them,in response to the mail they asked me to go to their retail outlets to again submit documents for conversion(even though i had already verified 3 times when i bought the connection and even had my email id given at that time),even then i went to their shop and there also everybody refused to change my connection type.i had to face so much of time wastage and problems because everytime time i went to their shops the shop would be closed and would open only after 1/2 hour or more and because of that i had to wait in outside in afternoon.i went to different shops atleast 5 times and was refused help everytime.Everytime i went i complained to them via mail and everytime they would ask me to go again.i was completely fed up of this and told them that i would go to consumer court,but instead of solving my problem they slapped last month's bill even while i had lodged a complaint for change of connection and didnt even used that for once in the month. Again i mailed them regarding these problems and instead of solving it they again told me to go the their retail outlet.I have wasted enough time and energy in all this nonsense and i simply want the connection to be closed and proper compensation to the problems i faced unnecessarilyRAHUL SHARMAMTS NO. 8459930810
