Dear Sir/Mam,
I am using my Airtel number(9560796046), which is provided by my company.
and we are using 5 mobile numbers in same account.
and there is problem in my bill, regarding this i talk with Airtel
Customer care, and talk with him, he told me, your internet service is
activated from februry 2013. and you have used the internet. and you have
to pay this bill. when I told him that just tell me at midnight you are
showing internet uses and telling i had use this.
I sleep 11 pm daily and after sleeping how can i use it.
secondly when customer care start my internet service, that must ask me,
but they do not ask for this.and without my permission how they start this
service. justify this ASAP? . my bill is in attachment.
NOTE:-I am having problem this bill and nobody is helping in this. I mean Airtel Customer care is not helping us in this matter.
