My Bsnl Landline vide telephone no. 07109288901 ( Kamptee Dist. Nagpur )is dead for last 6 months....no action is taken against my several complaints over internet, IVR, Written, Oral.....3 days ago a service man came to repair it.......and returned back saying that the line cable is damaged he can't do anything....and from that day my broadband over also stop working........now this is serious problem.......i am facing difficulties with my work........My All bIlls Are Cleared ON Time........... my contact no......+918087761009
