I made a mistake of Ordering a Nokia device on 1-June as a Birthday gift for someone.
Order No: 8000061437
The birthday was spoilt when I was delivered a defective product (a permanent line on the screen). I registered a complaint (Case ID: 44863).
I also sent this mail to all the senior management of Nokia, including CEO of Nokia global:
Dear Stakeholders at Nokia,
My name is Rahul Yadav (+91 9873921451).
This is an official complaint against Nokia India.
I have had a horrendous experience while dealing with Nokia India.
I made the mistake of choosing a nokia product (Lumia 520) as a Birthday gift for my little sister. The bigger mistake was to order through Indiatimes.com.
The birthday was spoiled when a defective product was delivered.
I registered a complaint with Nokia and the Expected resolution date was given as 25-June.
Today is 25-June and nothing has happened.
I have followed up with nokia at least 19 times in the past 2 weeks.
Request you to please look into this.
The details are in the trailing mail.
A disappointed customer,
Rahul
I got this reply from Stephen Elop, CEO of Nokia:
Hello there,
I am sorry that you have encountered these problems. I will ask my team to assist.
Regards,
Stephen
Unfortunately, nothing has happened.
It seems Nokia employees don't even listen to the CEO!
