SUB: Charged twice on my new 2 months old broadband connection in Bangalore, where I have already paid it for 3 months in advance. Account no. 7006127675
I am suffering a lot from the day I took Airtel broadband connection in my house.
I have applied Airtel broadband connection of 4MB 40 GB Rs.1150 per month plan in Feb 2013.
Airtel representative (Name: Harish, Mob: 9972294627) came to my house and filled CEF form (TBLR 615327) for the same. I have given a cheque of Rs 3450 (Rs 1150 per month * 3) for 3 months of bill in advance as he convinced me that I will get a modem free of cost if I have paid in 3 months advance.
You can see the attachment of CEF form, where it is clearly mentioned as 4MB 40 GB and also you can refer Cheque number in another attachment.

The problem happened here is instead of Rs. 1150 40GB 4MB plan they have activated Rs. 1050 30GB 2MB plan.
One fine day I got a bill from Airtel, in that my plan is showing as Rs 1050 30GB 2MB and the bill amount is Rs 93.40 after adjusting Rs 3450 which I have paid in advance. Bill No: 20386859

I have contacted customer care several time to convince them that I have applied for 4MB plan not 2MB, and they have changed my bill plan after several reminders.
Now again I got a bill of Rs. 3969.82 payable by May 1, 2013. Bill No: 49716989

I have surprised that, why I got a bill again. I should not get any bill till May 26th as I have already paid for 3 months in advance where my connection got activated on Feb 26, 2013.
I have escalated the issue to nodal officer (2nd escalation), and I got a call from Mr. Hyder (Nodal Team) and he convinced me that you have been charged twice as your bill plan got changed and he also said, he will transfer the issue to billing team and they will rectify the issue.
Daily I am getting calls from customer care, and they are saying that initially you have applied for 2MB plan and after that based on your request only we have changed your bill plan to 4 MB and you got the bill.
I have sent them the scan copy of my CEF form where it is clearly mentioned as 4MB 40GB. (Please refer in the attachment)
Again I got a call on 20th April 2013 from customer care and they said they are unable to see 4MB 40 GB in my scanned CEF form instead they able to see 2MB 30GB.
I have lost my patience, how they are able to see 2MB 30GB where it is clearly showing as 4MB 40GB.
On the same day I have escalated the issue to appellate.southabts@in.airtel.com (3rd and final escalation from there escalation matrix)
I got a reply saying that, the issue will be resolved by 26-April-2013 at 02:11 PM.
Now again I got a message on my mobile saying that your complaint reference number 31965742 is registered on 26/04/2013. We will revert to you by 29/04/2013.
Same thing is happening from day 1, they are simply keep on postponing the issue with new complaint reference numbers, but my issue is not getting resolved by them.
My request from you is,
As it is the mistake from Airtel wrongly activated 2MB plan instead of 4MB, my 2nd bill should completely waved off and I should not get any bill till May 26, 2013 (as I have paid for 3 months) except service charge. (You can notice, why I'll give a cheque of Rs. 3450 if I have applied for 1050 plan? I should give 1050*3 months = 3150 right?)
Kindly do the needful in this regard.
