My name is Arish Shaikh. I'm using groupon services since few months and have purchased many deals from the website. I had purchased a deal know as Miracles Do Happen: From Rs.299 for Full Body Massage, Full Body Scrub, Mani-Pedi & MORE at Miracle Touch, Koregaon Park! on 3rd June 2013. I tried to call the merchant to avail the services but the merchant did not gave me any response so i contacted groupon customer services and informed the same. Vinutha Shekar was helping me with this as she answered my call when i contacted groupon customer services. She told me that will initiate bank refund which will be reflecting in 7 to 10 working days. However this did not happen after 10 days and I did not receive he refund. I contacted the customer services again, this time again Vinutha Shekar was helping me and she told that refund has already been given to me and check with my bank and gave me the Bank ARN # - 75134833179913075122683. I called Ctibank and asked them to check, after 2 days they told me that no refund or no transaction was done on my account by groupon. Citibank told me that using the ARN number no transaction has been done. I also sent the bank statement which clearly mentions that i had purchased the deal from groupon using my citibank account and no refund has been given by groupon. I again called the customer services and asked to escalate, later it was taken care by
the manager named Sandeep Subramanyam, he told he will look into this and get back to me which he did after a day and gave me the same information which i had got earlier. he told me that the refund has already been given and he gave me the same bank ARN no which i already had. he asked me to contact the bank and give the ARN number which i did but again the bank told me they cannot check anything using the ARNnumber and no refund has been given by groupon. Yesterday I called the customer services again, Sarah Imran told me they will look into this and asked me to give more 3 days. I have no patience now. Its been more than a month now and still my issue has not been resolved. Please help me.
