Some thing went wrong with my airtel set top box. So I requested airtel customer support to check, their engineer told that stb need to be replaced. And swapping a stb will charge rs 350.
I paid him the amount and he told me that connection will start within 24 hours after 24 hours I found that replaced unit is also faulty
The engineer came from a local retailer G K electronics. All these thing happened on 29 th sep
After that I tried to contact G K electronics and airtel customer care care continuously no result till now today is 8th day.
Please suggest me appropriate legal action against above issue
