Order placed with 100bestbuy..Payement done thru online .. No Update thereafter

Hello admin,

I placed an order with 100bestbuy.com site about 10 days back. Whenever I call them up, if at-all anyone receives would just say 'we will dispatch it in next two days' . I am yet to get any purchase number or SHoppinf ref number.. I made an online payment upfront . My registered mob numb:- 8971866284 .
