Hi all,
I want to throw some light on the services of Flipkart. I think its time to move on from Flipkart and go for other online retail stores. The reasons are :
1. They have switched to vendor selling i.e a vendor will use their name and will sell the product under their name.
2. They are charging Rs50 for every order if amount not exceeding Rs 500.
3. They are delivering products that are not same as mentioned in their product catalog.
4. They are way expensive then other online retail stores.
These are the reasons that being their one of the oldest buyer is now switching to other alternatives. Also these are not the only reasons, I have been cheated by them twice , as this is what I have mentioned they are now delivering another similar product not the one they mention in their website. These are the following orders that I have ordered from them:
Both of them where mismatching. I am following up with them for product replacement but no replying is coming from their end. Had this been in US I could have sued them , I wish I could do them here in India. They are now pathetic and greedy. Come on FP selling product should not be your only motive try to offer more then this. After sale service does matter.
