YepMe Order ID 4308960 was sent to me with both the items of the order as defective.
Since the products were returned back ; every time a new date for processing the refund was provided on numerous phone calls made to them on their extremely noisy call center with a long long waiting queue to get to talk with their executive.
They also sell / send the items without bill.
Then ; finally pressing on Face-Book & Twitter accounts , they finally committed on e-mail on 6th Feb that the refund amount has been processed & it has not reflected back into my account till date i.e even after 1 month.
Now , please guide me to get the refund back & making relevant complaints at Delhi police etc & everywhere apt to deal with this matter.
