Running train food delivery service

I had heard about the running train food delivery service. I had ordered lunch in the train pantry itself but the food was pathetic. So I searched for food delivery in running train service provider. I found travelkhana.com and ordered food. I paid online. They responded. Sent me messages about order confirmation and even called. However the train stopped at Vishakhapattanam station for 30 minuted but they didn't show up. I kept calling them several times. Everytime they said its coming but it didn't come till the train left. Since I had ordered food from this service, i hadnt ordered pantry food. It was a great inconvenience. Not only do i want my payment back, i want them to be fined for the huge inconvenience they caused me. Please guide me how to go about it
