Withdrawing FD with HDFC Bank

I have done Fixed Deposit on 2/feb/2013, for Rs. 2lac (2 year tenure) with HDFC Bank, for some personal emergency now I required withdrawing FD. When I called the customer care on 1/apr/2014 and requested for withdrawal of FD they said it will be credited to your account in a day max. its been 7 days now They saying it will happen today, it’s been more than 7 days now and still amount is not credited to my account nether. Please suggest what I need to do to get back my amount.
