I (Gokulan G) have tata photon plus post paid connection mob no : 9243311767.
I called customer care team on 30th March 2013 to enquire about my bill plan details to confirm that whether my plan is a Unlimited (or) Limited plan.Executive from customer care team confirmed me that its a 6 GB Unlimited plan and speed upto 6 GB will be 3 Mbps and thereafter it will be 155 Kbps. She also confirmed me that bill amount of Rs.700 will be same for forthcoming months and there is no change in the bill amount. I double checked with executive about the same and she has also confirmed the information.
Based on the above information provided by executive, I have used internet connection beyond 6 GB till 16th April. However, April month bill(17th march to 16th April) is generated
for extra usage(beyond 6 GB) and bill amount now is Rs. 3752.
I enquired this information to customer care team about this huge bill amount, it was really shocking to hear from other executive that earlier information provided is wrong and actual plan is 6 GB Limited plan and beyong 6 GB is chargeable of 50p per MB.
This shows that executive from your team on 30th March 2013 has misguided me by providing wrong information and it leads to huge bill amount of Rs. 3752.
I spoke to Customer care team on 24th April 2013 about this issue and team lead has listened to conversation happened between me and executive on 30th March 2013. Team lead has confirmed me that wrong information provided by executive and I don't need to pay ful bill amount Rs.3752. Team lead has given me assurance that Other executives will call back to me within two working days to confirm actual bill amount I need to pay. I didn't received call within two working days.
Then, I followed up with customer care team many times till 4th May 2013 and its come to knew that bill amount(Rs.3752) is same and issue is not yet resolved.
Could you please help me to resolve this issue soon because huge bill amount is due to wrong information provided by executive from Tata photon customer care team. I am following up this issue since last 20 days and so disgusting with tata photon service.
