Most humbly and respectfully i beg to state that this is Amit kumar bauri from A very a very small place named mohuldanga at chirkunda nehru road.
Sir, This is to inform you that i had purchased a had disk of simtronics company. and it has a warienty period of 3 years.
and my hard-disk stopped working in 2 years so i returned it to the shop for repair as it was in a warienty period. But the shop keeper is taking a very long time to give me back my hard-disk.I had given it for repair on 10th of november.And from that day till now it is with them olnly. and when ever i call at the shop for the hard-disk they says that it will take more 7 days. more 10 days... and they keep on extending the date.
please help me....
