XOLO service problem

I purchased XOLO model no. 22-12-2013 from Agra.

Sadly, my experience has been unpleasant since i have purchased this product.

Off late, i encountered various issues with the battery of my handset.
1. The battery has very very less backup.
2. After charging, total charge drains out in around 4-5 hrs
3. When the battery charge reaches 40% level, the handset switches off automatically.
4. Dissatisfaction with the service centre support on the same.

I had approached the service centre Hyderabad on February 1st. I was told by them the resolution for the above issues would take a maximum of 10-12 days. I was disappointed repeatedly during this time as i was given inconsistent information by different people at the centre regarding the above problem.

After many unsuccessful attempts over phone, i went in person on 26th february and got my handset back. i was assured by the service centre that the issue with the battery was resolved and the handset was up and running to be used but when i checked the same there and then, I found that the issues existed the same as before.As, i have to relocate to Guragoan, the manager of hyderabad's service centre assured me that the issue will be resolved in 7 days on an escalated basis at gurgaon itself

Again,I had approached the service centre in gurgaon on March 7th . I was told by them the resolution for the above issues would take a maximum of 15 days on an escalated basis. But here also, its been more than a month and, I was disappointed repeatedly during this time as i was given inconsistent information by different people at the centre regarding the above problem.
