Hi, I have been using Vodafone for past 7-8 years. Recently I have been trying to change my tariff plan to corporate plan that is active in my company and also activate Mobile Connect @99 which accidently I sent a request for deactivation. I called up customer care and informed them that I sent sms to deactivate service but I request to cancel the deactivation which was confirmed that service has been deactivated. Few day later while following up for corporate plan It came to my notice that plan was deactivated and my request for cancel deactivation was never registered. Further I wanted corporate plan which was active on my other collegues in our company which was corporate plan. It took 2 weeks to have the plan activated and get a confirmation. I mean after providing the details and reference numbers where the plan was active I don't understand what was the trouble in activating the same tariff especially when I was eligible for the plan. Finally after lot of interaction and waste of money by call 111 which was charged and LITERALLY OF NO USE. THey only said they don't have any idea about corporate plans and I have to send email. WHen I send email, the representative doesn't even care to read and understand what is request. He/She just does a robot job of doing assumptions at brief and mess our life making us pay more and more. Finally tariff I required got activated. But my Vodafone mobile connect is not deactivate. Reason being previously where I was being charged for Rs. 99 1GB free now I have to pay Rs. 200. What kind of service is this when request are not considered. Very bad service and total disappointment. I think is better to move to some other service provider than Vodafone. I mean my friends are getting 2GB free at Rs. 99. Rental are so low for them, call rates are low with the other service provider. I would be recommending my company to move the corporate plan to this service provider instead of Vodafone.
