Hi,
We had used Tikona from Mar, 2013 till Dec, 2013. During installation of Tikona, we paid Rs. 1650, which included their installation charge and one month's rent(Rs. 750) in advance.
On 22nd Mar, 2014, I got a call from the number "1148484650", saying that she was a lawyer, calling from Delhi High Court and asked me to pay Rs. 3271 within half an hour or else she would file case in Delhi court where I will be called and I would required to be present in the court. I could not understand what to do, so paid the same amount to Tikona.
According to Tikona they charged following for the Full and Final Settlement:
1. Rent : 1670.80. This is more than two months rent, even-though we had already paid one month rent in advance.
2. CPE Charges :1500. The CPE was already collected by one of their engineer on 8th Mar, 2014. This is completely invalid.
Total Amount :3170.80. Not sure why (3271-3170=) 101 was charged extra.
I have sent several mails and reminders regarding the same, but I did not get any reply from them. After all these nonsense yesterday(30th April) again I got the bill of Rs.744.05(through mail) for the month of April.
I don't know what is going on, we just want our money back and completely deactivate the account.
