I am trying to migrate from Docomo to Vodafone from past 1 and a half months.
Got rejected twice stating invalid porting code. The vodafone executives are not moving my file to the docomo . And after the expiration of porting code(15 days) they say docomo didnt accept the porting code and are closing my file.
The third time also i have applied. This is already my 5th day and status still say not initialised.
Customer executive in vodafone store are simply giving some lame reasons when asked about the status.
I would want to file a complaint against the network who are at fault(docomo or vodafone)
Due to this i have missed a lot of very important calls.
Please suggest me and advice me on how to file a complaint.
