MNP complaint against tata docomo Banglore

HI My name is Jayakrishna Rajesh k and my number is 9538313131. I had horrible experience with TataDocomo from banglore koramagala office. I had applied for MNP request to Tata Docomo Postpaid connection from vodafone.. for this on 03-07-2012 One Guy from tata docomo came to my office for collecting Doc as per him i had Given Port number, as secure deposit I had given 899 Rs (Cheque) in Favor of TATA TELE SERVICES LTD Cheque 8. and he had given me sim card sr no:-534211021322510, and he advised me to wait for 1 week for converting my existing Provider to Tata Docomo.. at the third day I got a msg from Tata Docomo saying your port request has not approved due to some outstanding from existing operator. And I cleared the payment for vodafone operator, and I called the tata docomo guy (who has collected my docs) he said I will push application again but he did nt made it, the I had told cancel the MNP request for now.. then I looked for Airtel and I oorted with it.. BUT on AUG 30 2012 899 RS WAS deducted from Account IN FAVOR OF TATA TELE SERVICES LTD Cheque HOW CAN THIS POSSIBLE WITH OUT ACTIVATION OF TATADOCOMO SIM card MONEY GOT LOST from my ACCOUNT. I had evidence ie BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT SHOWING CLEARLY. I went to TataDocomo office at koramangala on around sep 2012 and I spoke to manojkumar.ms.ik@tatadocomo.com after seeing my documents he taken request for refund process should take 3 weeks, But THAT ALSO DID NT HAPPEN.
I Keep SENDING EMAILs' to his given ID even HE DID NOT REPLYED.. again I visited Tata Docomo office at koramangala banglore, and I spoke to manojkumar.ms again for refund status. he immediately called ramkumar who is working in appellate.kk@tatadocomo.com. ( cliam dept) after seeing my all evidences he told me to wait for 3 days starting from dec 12 2013.
TILL DATE I WAS NOT RECEIVED ANY STATUS EMAIL ON REFUND on MY MONEY EVEN NO ONE REPLYING TO EMAIL WHICH I SENT.
