I requested for mobile number portability(MNP) from Vodafone(Postpaid Corporate Plan) to Idea(Postpaid Corporate Plan) on 24th June 2014. They rejected my request saying undisclosed reasons. When I am calling customer care they are saying we can't tell you the reason for your MNP request rejection as it is undisclosed. Even after requesting for MNP they barred my outgoing calls from 28th June and on 5th July they barred my incoming calls also fro no reason. After that when I called customer care they told me we can't do anything you have to visit the vodafone store to get your number started again. I told then just port out my number from Vodafone but they are not doing that also. My UPC code is: "VZ144718".
I paid all my unbilled amount(my previous month bill) after that also they are not ready to process my request.
I want my port out request to be processed as quickly as possible. And they activate my incoming and outgoing services till the port out process doesn't get completed.
I am working outside my home town. It has become very difficult to get in touch with my parents and friends when required as no incoming and outgoing calls services are available on my number.Kindly take strict actions against them as they are harassing their customers by not letting them port out from there company. And they give unnecessary reasons for not letting the customer port out. They think the customers are fool.
