Fraud by SBI credit card company

Respected Sir





I have SBI credit card, but on 3 JUN I got call from SBI head office Mumbai that





I am Deepak ,Nodal officer Mumbai ,kindly share OTP and @@@ number to





generate your new SBI credit card.





Person do the transaction of 4985/- Rs in Airtel Money.





SBI don't stop payment to merchant on 3 Jun 2014.





Now SBI credit card company saying that I Have do the Transaction,though I have not done.





SBI credit card company now saying pay 4985/- amount.





Kindly help to locate transaction. and reverse charges.
