I sent a disconnection request to Airtel customer service on Tue, May 20, 2014 at 3:30 PM.
I got a call from Mr. Amit(Team leader retention department) on 20th may 2014 at 6:57pm from +91-11-45440000. Mr. Amit offered me the line rental of Rs. 448 including taxes after a discount of Rs.150 + wafe off one month line rental to retain me as your valuable customer. (listen to your voice call monitoring system for your reference)
When nothing done as promised I raised the issue to nodal office. I got a call from your nodal office. Nodal office assured me that you will get what we promised.
I received a surprise in my bill that I am being made fool by smart people in your team. Your well trained team members make false promise to their customer.
I was promised a line rental of Rs.448 which should have applied from the day I was offered this but still I am being over charged. I well understand that while the issue is on going I am not liable to pay the over charging bills and late fee.
I believe that you guys have to credit all the money back in to my account which is fraudulently charged and my monthly bill should be Rs.448 as promised.
