i am so disturbed and really shocked with your service level and tons of false commitment from Flipkart team . first they send me a faulty product which has very poor battery performance and when i requested for replacement their team (18002089898) committed to replace it hand to hand but next day an executive came to me and then their same team told me that first return your product and after 2 to 3 days you'll get your new phone. Since then i am only waiting for my product and response from your end and when their delivery time limit going to over their team asking for 2 or three days more for delivery (????) is it the same network of which collects the old product from me within 24 hrs??? I first received this product on 12th of June and now its 8 july ,i paid 16000 bucks for this product nevertheless i am without mobile from a month and i am facing problem in accessing my mails during tour.
My below mentioned product is at bluedart local office from Saturday and they ask me for id proof in which delivery address should be mentioned.
I am residing in a rented house so i cant provide id proof of this address.
Kindly arrange to provide my consignment to me as soon as possible.
