I am registering complaints against my faulty microwave since 7th May,2014. First Ticket No. is 12911198. The technician visited our home after 2 weeks and informed us that 2-3 parts are not working and you have to complain again to get the parts replaced because the previous registered complaint has been expired(not my fault!!). From that day onwards, the microwave is not in the position to even turn on.The technician left the microwave in non-workable state.Then I again contacted IFB customer care. Second Ticket No. 13036851 generated on 28th May 2014. The customer care representative called for visit on 31st May 2014 but till date he has not visited. Then I registered the third complaint on IFB global services, I got a call from service desk and they told me they will revert back, but til date i am waiting for their call. Fourth ticket no. 13115338 generated on 9th june 2014. Now the IFB helpdesk is not even bothering to revert back. Fifth ticket no. 13181105 generated on 20th June 2014. Technician came and replaced two-three parts. Next day when I started the microwave, it was making unusual noise. I again raised a complaint.An incidence E12336 generated on 28th June 2014. No one came to resolve the issue. I raised 6th complaint on 2nd July 2014.ticket number generated is 13257264. After making multiple calls to customer helpdesk, the technician visited my home on 7th July 2014. When he started the microwave,there were sparks coming out from it and within minutes it got burnt.The technician again visited on 8th July to replace burnt parts and after half an hour he told us that the microwave is not working even after replacing the parts.He said he has brought defective parts and he will come again to repair it.
I have also sent a letter to IFB Goa center but i have not received any reply yet.
I have called IFB executive (Neema,Delhi) , but she is not helping me in replacing the microwave.
I am very disappointed with IFB customer service. I want this defective microwave to be replaced.
