Complaint against Hitachi Ac Service center Kottivakam

My name is Faiz Mohideen from Chennai, Tamilnadu with reference contact number [IMG]resource://skype_ff_extension-at-jetpack/skype_ff_extension/data/call_skype_logo.png[/IMG]9176761070. I had purchased Hitachi Air conditioner in the year May 2011 which is 1.5 ton. Recently i am facing several issues with my Air conditioner like no cooling etc. So i had contacted the customer care and they sent service person. Service person checked both indoor unit and outdoor unit and told there is a gas leak and it needs to be filled and they will arrange the same in two days. He also charged Rs.500/- for that visit.

Two days later another person came for gas filling and after filling he charged Rs.2750/- for the same. The Air conditioner was started throwing cool air but not like it used to be but better than no cooling. He told me to run the Air conditioner for atleast two hours & i did the same then switched off two hours later.

In the mid-night I switched on Air conditioner but there was no cooling just the fan is running. So I had complained again with the customer care and they gave me this complaint number 14071001341 and 14070501113.

Next day the same person who visited first came and told me there is again gas leak and it needs to be filled but this time free of cost and he will send the person next day for the same on 11 July 2014. However no one has turned up till now and they are not picking my calls.

I need my Air conditioner to work properly because I had pain Rs.3250/- till now and service persons are not attending and rectifying it.

I also have 30days free service warranty from hitachi, I believe they are delaying because after expiry of 30days i need to pay. So kindly look in to the issue and resolve the same.
