Dear Sir,

Your executive Padmanaban from Delhii contacted me over phone, gave false promises and amount has been taken through ICICI credit card No: 5239511078036009 .
The following promises he has given to me for the above
1. Gave 25% discount on every purchase
2. My credit limit is exceed to more than Rs 50,000/-
3.
But on enquiry i came to understand all these are false promises.They debited Rs 15,598/- from my account.This is made by Anixter Group.I dont know about this.
So ,Kindly cancel my debit amount without any cancellation charges and take stringent action against the executive for brutally cheating the existing ICICI customer.
