Standard Chartered: Deceive on Personal Loan terms & condition

Bank has totally misguided and deceived to me.
While issuing the personal loan, the bank representative told me that there will be 0% foreclosure charges. After loan disbursement, I got welcome call from the bank, at that time also I got assurance that there will not be any foreclosure charges.

But today I called to customer care and even representative who provided the loan, I am getting different terms & conditions.

I kindly request, as the loan representative and customer care representative has given assurances for 0% foreclosure charges while issuing loan, please provide the same, otherwise I will take legal action for deceiving.
