Sir,
I am an employe of a Public Sector Bank and grived & harassed by the unlawful action of the Vodafone.
I have a Vodafone mobile connection number 9991117166. I had gotten the (MI3G0B1GB2M) free Data Plan on 17.05.2014 with 2 GB of Free Data for 2 months (1 GB/month) with my sony (xperia M dual) handset.
On 04.07.2014 Vodafone stopped my services demanding a bill of Rs. 1795.87(total bill Rs.2016.96) By viewing this exorbitant amount, I complaint to the helpdesk as well as appellent authority for knowing the reason for this exorbitant amount charged to me via email on 06/07/2014 and got the reply on 08.07.2014 stating that the amount of Rs 1598.87 was levied in bill for data usage and they are unable to process my waiver.
But while enqire as on 06.07.2014 I found that still 265.02 MB of free data limit was available with me. Also they disconnect my service on 04.07.2014..If I have cross the data limit why company has not informed me timely?
I Appeal to the court in the hope of Justice and have faith that The Esteem Court will Protect My interest as a Consumer and Punish the culprit.
