We are an IT company here at Kolkata. 11.07.2014 we had a chat with a lady called "Debomita Biswas". We posted an AD regarding recruitment of Content Writer and she replied to the same. The Chat History and E-mail History is attached.
We asked for a sample and never promised to pay for the same. Upon checking the sample which was utter bad, we decided not to accept her as our candidature . In the E-mail History you will also find Debomita Biswas asking for Offer Letter. When we have not hired here for the Content Writer position, why should we provide her with an Offer Letter.

Coming to Quikr, guys have received a complain regarding us and without any verification from the other person who is actually involved, you guys have deleted all our ADs. How dare a company can be like Quikr that without the permission of the AD poster can be deleted? We have accepted all your T&C along with Privacy Policy, then why you guys have deleted our AD without prior notification? Moreover, you guys have published the ADs. If you wouldn't have posted our ADs, you guys could have done anything with us but when the ADs were posted, you guys have no right in deleting the post without prior permission.
Now national Consumer helpline said:
As we have posted a FREE AD thats why Quikr CAN DO WHATEVER THEY LIKE... Huh they are not doing charity at least .. they are getting traffic at least.. anyway ...
So guys its my request, that be very careful while you post an ad.. Any mad can claim and attack you.. And everyone will give DIALOGUES in the end..as its FREE!!
