Use of Abusive language, mental trauma during collection call

Dear Sir,
This complaint is against one of the representative Mr.Farukh of very reputed private bank of India, HDFC BANK. I am using an HDFC bank credit card ending with no 7818. I am HDFC Bank user for more than last 8-10 yers. I got a collection call from Mr.Farukh whoes mobile no is 09321957207. He called me for collection of approx Rs.152000/- of amount which was due on me. I told him that very soon I am going to get a cheque from one of the bank who was giving me complete closure of the balance due on my HDFC bank card. But, due to one or the other reason cheque got delayed by one week or so, then one day I got a call from Mr.Farukh saying why are you giving false commitment? If you can not pay then why do you use the card? and used very harsh words at me. I asked him repeatedly to use proper words and no need to be abusive as I am clearing all the payment the same day evening but still he was not in mood to listen. I paid the chque of Rs.150888.00, cheque no 264758 dt.21.04.2014 and cleared off all the due against me.
Then I launched a complaint with HDFC bank credit card repartment having complaint ID 14113189486, and they assured me that they will take necessary action against Mr.Farukh but later no communication given to me. I once again given complaint, ID 14149741687 on 29.05.2014 but still no action taken neither any information given. I once again given complaint, ID 14176396779 on 25.06.2014, this time they told me that they have taken action but can not disclose what action they have taken as it is against their banks rule. I insisted I should know what bank is doing against my complaint. But, no satifactory answer was given by bank. I then warned them that if you do not provide me what action you have taken then I will go to consumer court then they bluntly told me, 'ok you can go to consumer court, but we can not give you the details'!.
I was under tremendous pressure by these people and lost my family peace as well as personal health. I want the bank to take action against Mr.Farukh and requesting you to help me in this regard.
