This is with reference to my Airtel 3G Dongle having number as 7738367388 and having relationship number as 1053564101. I had taken Airtel 3G Dongle on 11th September 2013. I used the the services of Airtel till 22nd March 2014. After which I felt no need for the 3G dongle and I sent written request to Airtel to disconnect the line permanently. By 30th March 2014 I got confimation that my line has been permantly disconnected. I got shocked when on 26th June I receive bill from Airtel for Rs. 1460.69. The bill was 2 months. I spoken to billing executive and informed them when they called for reminder that I have already cancelled the line then why I recived 2 months bill. Please look into this matter on high priorty basis and get the bill cancelled imediately.
