shopclues cheated with defected product ( swiss voice sv35 mobile)

i had purchased one swiss voice sv35 mobile this week from shopclues. My order id is 3274826. I recieved the product on 09/05/2013. When i opened the parcel i have seen that the seal is already broken. The out speaker of the phone is not working properly. They voluntarily sent the defected product to me and cheated me with already unpacked product. Shopclues Pls dont cheat your loyal customers. I am highly disgusted due to this action. I request you to take return and refund me.
