complaint against hdfc bank

Dear concen,

my brother is taken personal loan form hdfc bank, now the collection agent is giving threat to me and also abusing me even i was not aware about my brother's PL, i didn't take any guarantee, should i file FIR against the HDFC Bank, Please guide me what to do?
