I ordered the product on July 06 2014.Product was intended to be shipped to me on 08 July 2014.
As i didnt get any intimations on the same on 09 July 14 i called customer care executive.
He told me that the product is not there with the seller right now,Since i have paid the full amount on credut card Snapdeal would provide me a new product of same description at same price.I have recorded the call as well.After that on 11 th i got a mail saying there's a delay in the shippment.pLease wait for 2 to 3 buisness days.Again the same mail on 14 July.After that on 16 July i got a message saying that your product is cancelled.When i ordered the product it was 2441 (including 100 rs coupon),Now its available for 3200.I called customer care and they told me product is not available now.I told i could see the product now also.They told the product is cancelled from our end and now nothing can be done.I asked how can you cancel the product without intimating me.This is the Worst cheating i have ever seen.
