Complaint against "Club group of Hotels"

I booked membership of Club group of hotels and under that membership, they promised me to book any 5 start property with food anytime in India. When in Nov 2012, i asked them to do a booking for Goa, they denied the same at the last moment and didn't provided me any booking. When I asked for refund and showed them all the legal written documents I was having, they said that they will refund my money and asked to put a mail to their cancellation office. I have put many mails to their office and even visited their Delhi office many times. After many visits and many calls, finally in April they send me the cheque. Now that cheque has bounced 2 times. They are just keeping me on hold and are not providing my refund back. Their office is at Janakpuri having address "
