I bought laptop from bearing sr no WB13035330.
Unfortunately the keyboard of laptop didnt work. And I got complaint lodgednon 7th july bearing number 8003426376 but till date I didnt get the resolution.
There are series of calls to ur call center where where I faced issues
1. False committment - I was thrice assured to get services, but all the time I had to call up.
2. Lack of close looping from the team.
3. Unprofessional approach - wrote wrong address and due to which part dispatched to Jaipur.
I lost 23 days due to this. Still I am hopeless about services.
