Horrible Nokia Care service by Dexter'S, F-19, Plot No-12, 1st Floor, Above Kotak Mahindra Bank, Near Deepali Chowk, Rohini Sector 8, Delhi - 110085.
This is to bring in your kind notice that I have lumia 720 IMEI- 357297054985289. This device is full of technical faults.
On 21/06/2014 i faced a problem that in music player only music is only playing no song changing & no volume changing is responding. In this concern i visited the nokia care-(Dexter'S, F-19, Plot No-12, 1st Floor, Above Kotak Mahindra Bank, Near Deepali Chowk, Rohini Sector 8, Delhi - 110085) They just asked me to wait for 30min and said it is just only software problem which requires upgradation of software and it will perform properly.
Then after that another problem arised, In app store there were several updates which was shown and when i updated he network + option application the application didnt responded again i visited nokia care at above stated address for this issue on 16/07/2014 they again didnt able to find the solution for this concern & just simply upgraded the software and returned it to me back.
After that on the same day another issue arrised of music player that only music is playing and music changing is also responding but the volume is not responding i.e. the volume changed in the current song the effect of changing volume is not responding & while changing the song the volume effect taken in earlier song is being responded in next changed song. When i visited nokia care at same above mentioned address on 17/07/2014 for this issue a lot of non sense excuses are being provided to me by engineer that there is virus in memory card and said format the memory card then try gain then on the spot i changed the memory card even after that same problem is there.
Then after that on next day i removed all the memory cards and visited nokia care and copied the content in device memory and even after that same problem was there then they again said that they dont have the solution for this except software upgradation and said to wait for windows 8.1 update may be this concern might be solved by that another excuse provided by them is also a RAM problem.
And when on 17/07/2014 then handset returned to me after software upgradation on he same day in evening the app store shows 25 updates are available for the device. I dont know which software was updated by them.
After the non sense excuses provided to me by nokia care Then i emailed the nokia helpline and received the call back of Mr. Kishan on 18/07/214 , he asked me to just go to nokia care and submitt the handset and revert them with the job sheet number.
When on 19/07/2014 i went and said to submit the handset they denied from submitting the handset without any reason. I also made hem speak with the nokia care representative then and also they denied for the same.
For the same issue i again emailed nokia and they made a conference call with manager of nokia care , me & concerned department. The solution for this call nokia care manager requested me to visit once again and meet him personally. I did same on 21/07/2014 he asked to email all this matter once and they will contact to nokia for this issue. now it has been 10 days to my mail i didnt received any response.
I aksed them o replace my handset if they are not able to find the solution for the problem, they also denied for that.
