I am a reliance broadband internet user from Kanpur-UP. Reliance is the most disorganized company I have had the misfortune to deal with. I have never got proper and continuous internet services from Reliance. I will no longer continue to silently suffer the disorganized operations of reliance . The last two months I have been without any internet. When internet services are working the log in page does not accept the username & password. I have made 10 calls in the last 1 hour just trying to get this problem resolved. Every person tells you a different procedure. I made at least 10 calls to get my mobile number registered so that they could reset the password & SMS it to me. Inspite of having a registered email ID they refused to send the password on my email ID. The next time I called the person gave me the new password on phone itself. This shows that the employees themselves don't know what they have to do. I have wasted hours of my precious time & energy & phone calls(they put u on hold for 30 mins) on complaining at reliance customer care. They say they will resolve your problem in 24 hours but they take 10 days at least and 2 months like in my case & problem still not resolved! Kanpur sector is very badly managed. I also want a waiver for the months of June- July as I have not received any internet . Why should I pay?This will tell you the inefficiency within the company! Also my work has suffered a great deal because of no internet. I hold reliance responsible for loss of my time, energy, business!
