No internet from 1.5 months - Reliance broadband

Dear Sir,

I reside in Mayur Vihar Phase I Extension in New Delhi and have a Reliance Broadband internet connection for more than a year now. My internet got disconnected somewhere around 15 June 2014. I filed a complaint around 17 June 2014 and my complaint number is 221863267. Even after more than a week the complaint was not resolved. I filed a followup complaint with the Reliance Appellate Authority (complaint number 222172848). Each time I call the customer care they kept telling that the problem will be resolved in 4 working days and the technician will call me. But no steps were taken to resolve the problem and I received no call from the technician. After numerous followup calls, the customer care told that the fiber optic cable is damaged and they are fixing it and the connection will be restored by 19 July 2014. As expected the connection was not restored. When I called the customer care they gave me a new complaint number 222881748 and told the issue will be resolved in 4 days. I'm sick and tired of calling the customer care numerous time and receiving the same responce again and again with no action taken on their part. Think they keep issuing new complaint number so that the old complaint is not shown outstanding for long. I patiently waited for them to resolve the issue but its been more than 1 and half months now without internet connection. Reliance is the worst customer care I have ever faced and would not suggest anyone to go for it.
