recently gone to pick up my brand new Suzuki SWIFT VXI model by this Saturday(9.8.2014)( from spectra dealer in Chembur Mumbai. I received my SWIFT VXI model.Where I was given a horrible service.the list is as follows-
1)We had to wait for 4 hours for the car to be ready.
2)Interiors were not clean and had black spots which cannot be removed or cleaned.
3)Side mirror had a coating removed
4)The interior were dusty and not cleaned.
5)Accessories promised to us was not given.
6)The audio set is different from what they have promised during the booking for this again I have to deal with this Spectra Motors(GOD! HELP ME)
7) I didnt feel that its a new car as they dont have a time or proper attitude to do a ceremony in fact not even a ribbon is stalled in the brand new car. WHAT A SHAME ON SPECTRA+ MARUTI SUZUKI for not taking proper feedback from customer about their dealership.
8)A simple key chain+ most important good luck wish by offering a idol is not available in Spectra Motors. What a third class showroom MARUTI SUZUKI have to tied-up in Chembur MUMBAI.
9)The attitude of the Spectra employee it cannot be described in writing it has to be feel as you being one of the customer once you made the payment and the time of delivery. Theyll make sure you really sorry for yourself for making Maruti as a choice.
ONLY ONE THING IS I WISH MARUTI SUZUKI COULD LISTEN TO ITS CUSTOMER.
I will never buy a Maruti product nor will go to spectra motors. Maruti Suzuki has no care for its customers.
Maruti will loose its market by this kind of attitude by not listening to the customers.
