I made online payment on August 5, 2014 for the gift I purchased for my brother from giftalove online site whose order number is GL-85605210107 , EBS payment id is 27174048 and payment mode was visa debit card.
They said it has been dispatched through Dtdc courier services and whose tracking id is Z30172255 and would be delivered by august 9, 2014 .
It has not been delivered yet
Kindly help me in getting the money back and do someting as these fake sites should be blocked.
