tata photon

iam a tata photon whiz wireless internet customer of number:9246206337. i've paid all the bills in time every month.From november 2012, i didn't use it, therefore i made call to their customer support and asked to terminate my connection.they agreed, but after few days they called back and convinced me that they will keep my connection in hold for 3 months without any bill. after 3 months, in febraury 2013, their representative called me whether to countinue or disconnect my connection, i told them to disconnect, and they agreed to disconnect. but they are sending me bills every month. they are demanding me to pay, if not they are willing to proceed legally through court. what should i do now?
whenevar i spoke to their executive they send
service request numbers via mail and i have
all those mails.
