I have purchased Lyra 7-inch GSM SIM Calling Tablet from NAAPTOL (online order Number : 5760984) on 1oth Jan 2013 (4500/-). NAAPTOL has shipped the device on 12th Jan 2013 and received on 16th Jan 2013 and the device is on 6 month warranty period.
I was able to start charging the device and also able to switch on the device and use it. But when i remove the device from power connection (charger), the device is switched off. I tried couple of times, the same thing happened.
Then i have raised complaint on 30th Jan 2013 with the same problem, but i didnt get any support from NAAPTOL team till 4th Feb 2013. After that i have sent mail asking the status of my complaint on 4th Feb 2013, and again raised one more complaint on 5th Feb 2013. Then the NAAPTOL team has sent mail asking me send the device to their warehouse in Delhi.
I have sent the device on 8th Feb 2013 using DTDC corrier (E70748212) and reached the NAAPTOL Warehouse on 9th Feb 2013. I have spent around 600/- to send the device back and informed the same. I have received mail on 11th Feb 2013, saying it "will take 2-3 days s 2-3 working days for our warehouse systems to be updated with your AWB & order details. Please be rest assured once a confirmation is received from them, a complete Replacement will be initiated and will keep you updated you on the same."
After so much talking and strugling i have received the device on Apr 8th 2013.
They have sent me the device, but they didnt respond whether the proble completely resolved or not.
At the time i am happy finally i thought my device is working.
But after 1 month, again i am facing the problem with battery...its charging at all.
After purchasing this product i didnt use properly and facing so many problems.
Please let me know where to file a complaint and what are the documents required for this.
