I have purchased HP pavilion backpack from snapdeal but i received the damage bag I have contact snap deal for the replacement they have sent the courier person they have taken the damage bag its nearly a month now.
I am keep on following up to snap deal team and sending mails for my bag replacement they are not even responding on my mails
