The unbilled amount by Docomo is totally inappropriate and false.
I am sure I have not used this much of internet service, as I was on
vacation to Delhi,my phone worked for just 5 mins, all other time I could not connect to the
network even,so there was no point accessing the internet. I was also barred
from the service the same day, 10th May, 2013.
Despite of the fact I was on roaming and even paid 2482, I still could not
use the network service, this was very frustrating and inconvenient, what about my business loss? I
use blackberry only for email service, i could not even connect to friends, while i was on vacation.
I am also using 3G data sim for my iPad (9041056114),
and have never been charged this much. I am pretty sure about my usage. I
have been using internet on my iPad while on roaming, you can refer to all my previous bills, i have
never been charged this much.
As per discussion over the call , I was informed that the credit limit will be enhanced every 3 months automatically based on your usage and payment record,
i have been using docomo for less than a month, my credit limit was 1200 on 10th May, then why is increased to 3800 now ?
Also why is the billed amount more than the credit limit.
Please resolve this matter for me.
