Due to low secuirety, fraud transaction happened and my 1.2 lakhs stolen and i have not got any sms alert. I am Idea customer with mob 9891114022 last 2 years.
Now I lost all faith and customer services that Idea providing, very less secure and less responsive on mails.
I enquired on idea customer care number 9891012345, They told me on 29sep somebody went to idea retail shop and got new sim with mine name of same number 9891114022 , as that fraud person was a loan deparment agent and had my all docs .
But when he went and asked for new sim why not your team has validated the ID proof with his actual face.?
Why not your team/represnative checked the photograph with his actual face.
My account was hacked and 1.2 lakhs were stolen and no sms alert was recieved to me. This is your big fault.
I have done police complaint and FIR for that forgeory, and I am going to highlight your miss secuiety. This is big example of
loose secuiety thats why people are doing Fraud easily. I will go consumer court and Media as well.
You are showing Add "No ULLU BANAYING" and aap ko khud ULLU bana k chala gaya .
I have lost my 1 lakhs 20 thosand rupees becoz of that I am suffering a lot. On 3rd OCT I had again given request to permanet closure of that mobile number. (9891114022).
Please rectify the issue and provide me all deatils with CCTV footage and which branch office that theif went for sim replacement.
