Fraud from a firm called VisitNaukri

Hi,
I am a job seeker and have registered my profile in job portals.
I got cheated of Rs 1800 from a firm called VisitNaukri with no services.

I got the call from these people who got my profile and asked me to pay Rs 1790 as registration amount for placement with HCL Company.
I payed the amount online and further they asked to pay Rs 6000 as amount for document verification with some third party.
When I relented saying that why should one pay the verification amount even before the call from the recruiting company, they said it was mandatory for MNCs. When I asked to refund the registration amount, they are refusing to do.
