This is regarding my loan which i havve applied in HDFC Home Loan Department. I have applied loan approx 2 months back.
My file numbers are 613102190 and 613102286. After that this bank made me too much harass by demanding different documents
again and again.
I told them to collect all papers which you needed by side at one time, but they kept on demanding.
After that on 3rd Sep. 2014 I got message from HDFC that my loan has been sanctioned.
I am a software engineer and have 5 days working so I told consult person that I can come to your bank on Saturday
only, That person named Mr. Ravi, told me that ok come by next Saturday I will arrange cheque of yours. Then I din't get
any call from any side. When I called him he din't pick it up. I complaint to My region office, Mumbai head office,
customer care department but no response. Then new person came named Mr. Anil Godha, by saying its our fault, now I will ensure you
that you will get your cheque very soon. Meanwhile I have changed employer, So they made me this much of harass that i did big mistake to change employer.
Again started process with bad behaviour. Then again When I complaint new person Shikha came, and she was like that HDFC is giving me loan in donation.
Again I complaint things going on then again new person came Mr.Rajpreet, I think he is the main boss as he said, and ensure and admit their mistakes, also again ensure me that soon I will get my loan.
Whatever and Whenever documents they demanded I have fulfilled all those.
Now,10 days ago all requirement done and I got a mail that soon my loan amount will disburse. Then till three days I din't get any update.
When I mailed again and called then came to know that Rajpreet is on leave and Shikha will follow up me. Then I got a call from Shikha after one day, that
please ensure amount outstanding of bank I will prepare a cheque today. I have confirmed that also, But till date no reply.
I have again complaint 2 days back in customer care but no response till now.
Now, making complain to you, Please take strict action against all relevant persons. They made me too much harass.
If they are not able to give loan after sanctioned of more than a month then please make refund my processing fee so that I will apply in other bank.
