I bought Moto G(for Rs.13,999) in March 2014. It worked fine for around a month. After that till today I am struggling with the phone, the customer care and the service center people. Whole experience is so frustrating!!
Service Center:
My phone is with Sri Sai Communication for the second time. I submitted the phone on 13th Sept 2014. But till now the problem is not resolved. The problem in my phone is frequent blue screen and partial restart and it gets stuck in Motorola LOGO and the process continues. Sometimes it comes up after a day or more. I explained the problem to service center people and they said the problem is with screen and they will replace it which will take around 3-4 days. After 10days also the problem was not fixed. This time they said we have kept the phone "under observation". After multiple follow up every time some excuse and the reply will be it will take 3-4 more days. Finally after 26-days, yesterday, 8-10-2014 I got a call that my phone has been repaired and ready and I shall collect it.
After multiple confirmation I reached the service center today 9-10-2014. Still I have to wait there for 1hr to see my phone with a reply of "Mam, 5 more minute". Finally I got the phone and during demonstration only the same problem "blue screen and restart" occurred. After waiting for 25-days, struggling so much with it, following up everyday, visited the center around 4 times, I had to drop the phone again for service. This time they say mother-board replacement. If this is the case what observation happened during initial 10-days???? No idea when will I get my phone back, It is already 27-days.
THIS IS JUST HARASSMENT that MOTOROLA can do to a customer !!!
Customer Center:
I called up customer care and escalated the issue with Ref No-140920012567(Sameer). He said you will get an status in an hour but no response. Next time when I again called up the new representative said the previous mentioned number belongs to some other person!!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE! OK, still fine I requested him to log a new complain and escalate. The new Ref No: 141006-008430 and I have been said that I will get a call of senior label with 48hrs. BUT AS USUAL 48hrs PASSED BUT NO RESPONSE.
Yesterday I dropped them email and Incident: 141010-009982 I got a reply from motoinfo_in@mailwc.custhelp.com, that they will respond within 48hrs but no reply yet.
The phone is there in service center almost around 28-days and still the issue persists after repair. I have no idea what are they doing out there. With the kind of service motorola service center and customer care are giving, it is really a kind of harassment to customer.
My request to process my complain.
