Leaking of personal information and documents by Vodafone Mobile Services

I'm amazed at the service provided by the esteemed organisation!

Firstly they leak my private and confidential documents without my information and issue a number in my name without me being present.

Second when I call to update they provide me with an answer that there is no solution until I share the no. Don't they have the records at their organisation?

Thirdly when I receive the welcome letter for the number which I have not applied and call on the CUSTOMER HELPLINE NO they tell me to visit a Vodafone store to get the problem sorted and that they cannot help me.

Admist all this the number is not deactivated. It was being used.

I received a mail from the nodal and Appellate that the sim which I have lost (for the number I DID NOT APPLY AND SHARE ANY DOCUMENT OR INFORMATION FOR) has been deactivated and new sim will be issued. Is it that difficult to understand simple English that I'VE NOT APPLIED FOR A NEW CONNECTION and VODAFONE HAS LEAKED MY PERSONAL information!

All this is causing me a lot of mental harassment. I've already made a police complaint about this issue and wish to take further legal action against Vodafone for invasion of privacy and mental harassment.
